This landmark building, recognized for its artistic value and partially protected under the supervision of the Superintendence for Archaeology, Fine Arts and Landscape, became the new headquarters of Luchi Fiduciaria S.p.A. through a sophisticated redevelopment process.
The project included the complete reconfiguration of interior spaces, the installation of advanced thermohydraulic systems, the reinforced structural consolidation of the vaulted ceilings, and a significant enhancement of floor load capacity through the integration of steel profiles. The result is a contemporary, efficient workspace that respects the building’s heritage while elevating its structural performance and long-term value.”
Caminiti Costruzioni also introduced a concealed system of steel tie rods and plates to reinforce critical areas of the building. This discreet structural enhancement significantly improved stability while preserving the building’s original architectural character, ensuring both safety and historical integrity.
