The restoration of the Garden and Aster condominiums in Turin showcases Caminiti Costruzioni’s expertise in high-quality heritage refurbishment. The project included the conservative renewal of all façades, the complete reconstruction of the rooftop parapet, and full waterproofing of the cornices. The result is a revitalized exterior that preserves the buildings’ character while ensuring long-term protection and durability.
An innovative cleaning system was applied to the Vicenza Stone cladding, using high-pressure, high-temperature steam technology reaching 150 °C. This innovative method, which requires only 5 liters of water per minute, delivered exceptional results with zero chemical detergents, ensuring both effectiveness and environmental responsibility. To further enhance durability, all stone slabs were secured with stainless steel mechanical anchors and treated with a transparent, water-repellent protective coating. This solution extends the stones’ lifespan and significantly reduces dirt accumulation caused by urban air pollution, preserving the façade’s beauty and performance over time.
