Recognized by Hilti Italia S.p.A. and considered one of the first projects of its kind, this intervention resolved significant structural deficiencies while revitalizing the building’s architectural identity. The work was completed without disrupting daily life, allowing more than 120 families to remain comfortably in their homes throughout the entire duration of the project.
