The renovation of the condominium complex in Via Fleming 29, 31, and 33 in Turin highlights Caminiti Costruzioni’s expertise in structural and energy-efficiency upgrades. The project included advanced seismic improvements, static consolidation, and the installation of protective systems for non-structural building elements to enhance overall safety and resilience. In addition, the building envelope underwent a comprehensive energy-efficiency upgrade through the installation of new thermal insulation systems, ventilated façades, and the replacement of outdated PVC window frames and external roller shutters with high-performance thermal break models. The result is a safer, more efficient, and modernized residential complex that delivers long-term value and improved comfort for its occupants.
The project resolved key structural deficiencies, significantly improved the building’s energy performance, and revitalized its architectural appeal. All work was carried out without disrupting daily life, allowing approximately 40 families to remain comfortably in their homes throughout the entire duration of the intervention.
